I am hoping that you guys can help me with some basic training techniques to make myself a little more acrobatic which will help me in moves such as Macaco, Queda de Rins and some of the more flamboyant moves that will help me in my Rodas. Are there any stretching techniques that you can recommend or what areas should I be concentrating on with my stretches.
