Ad Creative
Planet Capoeira Magazine will not run ads that contain words or images deemed to be racist or sexist in any way.
Production Charges
Production charges will be billed to the advertiser.
If time allows, advertisers will be notified when ad materials do not meet our specifications. However, we reserve the right to make any corrections necessary to proceed with production.
Any enlargements or reductions that are necessary to make an ad fit the space ordered will be done as needed and also billed to the advertiser.
Agency commission is not llowed on production services or fractionals.
Terms & Conditions
Orders are non-cancelable after closing date.
All content subject to publishers approval.
Advertiser and Agency assume liability for content of advertisements printed and assume responsibility for any claims made against the publisher.
Positioning of ads is at the discretion of the publisher except where specific guaranteed or preferred positions are covered by gaurantee fee.
A minimum charge of $100 will be assessed on all ads that have not been received by Planet Capoeira Magazine by agreed upon artwork deadline date.
First time advertisers for multiple insertions must prepay first two insertions.
